As part of the GROW Your Future community of over 700 students, students have access to additional opportunities to develop their career plan, enhance their employability skills, grow their professional networks, and improve their career confidence.

These include exclusive 1-1 appointments with members of the careers team, a careers bursary to help with work experience or traveling to an interview, careers workshops, visits to employer offices, and leadership development programmes.

GROW Your Future is open to UK fee paying students who meet one or more of the following characteristics:

• first in their family to go to university;
• in receipt of a Lancaster Bursary;
• received free school meals or from a low participation neighbourhood
• over 21 when they start their first undergraduate degree;
• Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic;
• disabled (including learning disabilities, physical or mental health conditions);
• care leavers or have caring responsibilities, or estranged from family
• a refugee or asylum seeker, from a gypsy or Traveller community, or from a military family
