Distress or Disability Symposium proceedings published

This includes a reprint of Anne Plumb's 1994 discussion paper, Distress or Disability? which was originally published by the Greater Manchester Coalition of Disabled People and is now out of print. A great opportunity to read and pass on this classic text along with many other excellent papers.
