To log on to the Turnitin system, you should go to the UK Turnitin site at:
This site will present you with a start screen that you saw when you enrolled. But instead of clicking on 'New User', you should fill in the two fields above it with the email address that you gave Turnitin when you enrolled, and the password that you gave, and then click on the 'Sign in' button next to it.
When you have successfully logged in, you'll go through to your student home page, as seen in the next picture. From here you can view the list of your previous contributions to assignments, and add more. To see how to do that, go to section 4: Submitting work to the anti-plagiarism software.
