New Year – New Start!
The new year got off to a flying start with the induction programme for participants on the Associate Teacher Programme (ATP) and Certificate in Academic Practice on the 6th, 7th and 9th of January.  Participants are from across the faculties and include both postgraduates who teach and academic members of staff. These latest recruits have been preceded by almost 200 graduates from the programmes, again from right across the University.

What is always interesting is the way participants soon discover there is much common ground for discussion about teaching, as well as some interesting differences, in spite of the wide variety of disciplines represented. This makes for a rich environment for the development and support of individual’s teaching practice.
