Getting your e-learning environment set up

Generally all we need is the course mnemonic and tutor list and 1 weeks notice to set this up for you. If you want to set up a LUVLE Space, please email us at iss-service-desk@lancaster.ac.uk

Please note: For all the set ups described below we require 1 week's notice and which e-learning design template you wish to use.

1. If the e-learning environment is set up to support an undergraduate course module please supply the course mnemonic and course title and the teaching assistants' list. Lecturer and student lists are taken directly from the LUSI Course Handbook.
2. If the e-learning environment is set up to support a postgraduate course module which is not updated in the LUSI Course Handbook, please supply a course title, the students library card numbers and a tutor list.
3. If the e-learning environment is set up to support people external to Lancaster University please contact one of the e-Learning Development Officers, or e-mail us on iss-service-desk@lancaster.ac.uk and someone will liaise with you on this.
4. If you require a non-standard e-learning environment please contact iss-service-desk@lancaster.ac.uk and we will set up a meeting with one of our team members.
