The Net Generation encountering elearning at University
Lancaster University participates in a 2 year ESRC project whose main aim is to 'provide an empirically based understanding of the Net Generation as they first engage with e-learning in tertiary education'. The project is based in the Institute of Educational Technology at the Open University and the main contact is Dr. Chris Jones. Susan Armitage (Teaching Development, CELT) is our contact person for LU. Other universities participating in the project include the University of Gloucester, University of Liverpool and Manchester Metropolitan University.
