General Information
The User Services Group provides the ISS Service Desk as the first point of contact for all IT enquiries and problems, supported by technical IT and Audio Visual teams. It provides end user support including desktop support; Office applications; video conferencing; webcasting; video capture & replay. It co-ordinates the ISS information provision, including printed and online documentation; site software licences; and specialist IT support for staff and students with disabilities.
ICT Focus delivers a wide range of ICT training for staff and students for beginners right through to advanced courses for IT professionals. The Regional Support Centre provides advice on how to integrate ICT and eLearning into educational and business activities to learning provider organisations.
