Welcome to County!

Welcome to The County College. If you are browsing with a view to joining us in the future, County is the biggest and northern-most of the nine colleges, with the most diverse accommodation portfolio on campus. Much of your social life is likely to be centred on the college and we have enviable facilities and a great location with woodland on one side of us and a huge piazza and grass on the other.

College life can be very rewarding, especially if you play an active part in it and there are many ways to get involved - just look at the JCR website or their facebook group to find out more. What's more, friendships formed within the college often endure for years after graduation so there's every reason to choose us!

Applications may be made by undergraduate members of The County College for travel grants to undertake trips in the Easter and Summer vacations. Grants are awarded for voluntary activities that benefit your academic studies. Read more about the County Travel Award here.
