Campus Bed & Breakfast
Our award-winning rooms are ideal for short term bed and breakfast stays. Set in 360 acres of parkland they are only a short distance from the city of Lancaster. With the Trough of Bowland and the Lake District National Park also in easy reach, the rooms provide an ideal base for business and leisure visitors alike.

All of our 64 single or twin en-suite rooms are recently refurbished and competitively priced with breakfast included.
And of course you can access all of the facilities that our vibrant campus has to offer - enjoy an evening meal at one of the many restaurants and eateries on site, or visit our £10m Sports Centre with climbing wall and swimming pool, tennis facilities, woodland walk and trim trail (additional charges apply).
Single en-suite
Our rate for a single en-suite room (including accommodation, breakfast, a towel, tea and coffee pack, toiletry pack, and a car parking permit) is available from £35.00 per person per night
Twin en-suite
Our rate for a twin en-suite room (as per the single en-suite details above) is available from £45.00 per room per night.
Longer stays at the University
We are also able to provide en-suite rooms for those wishing to stay longer on a self-catering basis, from £125.00 for a single en-suite room. This includes accommodation, linen, towels, catering equipment, and the use of a kitchen. Please note that car parking permits are not included within this rate.
