Welcome to Lancaster University Jewish Society!  

We are open to everyone – religious, secular, orthodox, reform, liberal, reconstructionist or non-Jews with an interest.

We are based in the fantastically well resourced Chaplaincy centre and we have our own Jewish Lounge, and synagogue, where regular services take place; and our own kitchen where we cook our Friday night meals.  

We are here to provide all kinds of activities for all kinds of Jews and interested non-Jews, so if there is anything you want to see going on in Jsoc, or anything you want to change, let us know!   

We are also here if you need to know anything about Lancaster and don’t know where to go  - we may not have the answers, but we may know a man or woman who does!
