Friends and Patrons of the Centre for North-West Regional Studies

Friends and Patrons of the Centre for North-West Regional Studies, Lancaster University, are an important part of the Centre's life. Their financial support plays a significant part in our publications programme. Their interest in our various projects is equally important.

In return for their subscription, Friends of the Centre receive the following benefits.

  • A 35% reduction on the published purchase price of all our Occasional and Resource Papers.
  • Information about study days and other events.
  • A reduction on the registration fee for each event offered by the Centre.
  • An invitation to our book launches.
  • A choice of a free publication from the list below.

Patrons agree to donate at least £100 per year to the Centre and automatically receive all the benefits of the Friends scheme, with the addition of a free copy of each of our books as they are published.

To apply to become a Patron or Friend of the Centre please download and complete the relevant application form and send it to the Centre along with your choice of free book.

Please note that the future of this scheme is currently under consideration.
