"A unique, open-ended conversation about the power of experimentation"

Has Nick Cohen got a point re academic language and public support?

Saw this in the Observer

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/2011/jan/30/nick-cohen-higher-education-cuts

Seems to be about language and public support for university funding or the lack of it compared to forests and other issues.

I think he may have a point.
