Facilities Service Level Statement
Service Level Statements have been introduced to provide a common understanding of service requirements and capabilities which caters for the University community and is conducive to a co-operative relationship between Facilities and its customers, to ensure the effective provision of service.
The Service level Statement document will define in detail the services to be delivered by Facilities and the level of service which can be expected, what Facilities expects from its customers in order to ensure the provision of the highest possible quality service.
