You can report maintenance faults as well as reporting on cleaning, grounds and telephone faults via the on-line helpdesk.
The Facilities Maintenance team are responsible for the safe and effecient delivery of maintenance and repair of the University's buildings and engineering infrastructure. This is broken down into Electrical (lighting or power supply issues), Mechanical (heating or plumbing issues) and Fabric (joinery repairs to doors, furniture, windows etc.).
The team are based in the Maintenance Workshops behind Bowland Tower. If you would like to report a maintenance fault, cleaning problem or have a key cut etc. you can send your request using the Facilities online helpdesk.
