A window cleaner works on site cleaning main entrances to all academic and teaching areas on a monthly schedule. They also clean official University signage. In residences and on the rest of the estate, windows are cleaned externally twice per year and internally once a year. Individual window cleans can be arranged through the Helpdesk, though such works outside of cyclical cleaning are rechargeable to the requesting department.

Please note that the schedule below is flexible - although each building will be cleaned in the given month, the exact dates of cleaning is provided 2-3 weeks in advance and all individual buildings and departments are notified by email.
