Professor Mike Reynolds is Professor of Management Learning in the Management School. He is interested in the design and application of experiential learning events, critical perspective and management learning design, the application of group dynamics and social theory to educational design.

Professor Vivien Hodgson is a Professor of Networked Management Learning in the Management School.

James McDowell,is a PhD student on the TEL Doctoral Programme, and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Informatics at the University of Huddersfield. James is currently researching the influence of asynchronus video and mobile technologies on learner engagement with the assessment and feedback process, and is the Winner of the 2011 ALT-Epigeum Award for Most Effective Use of Videol.

Dr Maria Zenios worked at Lancaster University for 10 years and she has researched and published extensively on technology-enhanced networked learning. Her interests focus on knowledge creation, collaborative learning and professional development, as well as on research methodologies in TEL.
