Professor Murray Saunders appointed Vice President of the IOCE

Professor Murray Saunders (Educational Research) was appointed Vice President of the IOCE (International Organisation for Cooperation in Evaluation) at the January 2012 IOCE Board meeting in Accra, Ghana. The IOCE is the international association representing national and regional Voluntary Organizations of Professional Evaluators in the Americas, Africa, Australasia, East Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Middle East. The appointment is, in particular to help manage an innovative partnership with UNICEF, in conjunction with the Government of Finland, to enhance the capacities of civil society to engage in a strategic and meaningful manner in national evaluation processes, and to influence country-led evaluation systems.
