Amy TylerGraduated 2010
The support and encouragement I have continued to receive throughout my time at Lancaster, within Psychology in Education has been immeasurable. Due to the small size of the department as well as the keenness and availability of the staff who will support you with any problem or issue, I personally was able to overcome all the challenges and difficulties I faced through my entire degree. Aside from pastoral support, the teaching throughout the course is fantastic and tutors use a range of teaching styles to ensure all students understand the information, and can use it to its full benefit. The content of the course is fascinating and links up through the three years so you can see the progress you are making as you are guided to the links that can be made between modules and between first, second and third year. After completing my 3 year Undergraduate course in Psychology in Education, I am sure I will remain in contact with the department as they became part of my life throughout my time at Lancaster. I am now going on to complete a PGCE primary course at the University of Hertfordshire. I cannot recommend PinE highly enough for anyone interested in Psychology, Education or how either contributes to our lives. |
