Research Interests

I am writing a PhD on the second language acquisition of Turkish children in a German kindergarten (University of Flensburg). My main focus is the usage of formulaic language in interlanguage development.

Additional Information

After having taught at the University of Bath for four years I joined the Department in September 2011 as DAAD-Lector in German. Beside teaching German at all levels I am responsible for information on study and research opportunities in Germany, especially scholarships by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service).
