French and Spanish 2008
I studied French and Spanish with Catalan so when it came to my year abroad I decided to split the year. I spent four and a half months in Lyon, France and another four and a half in Girona, Spain. At first I was apprehensive but the year abroad preparation week helped set my mind at ease. In the end it wasn't as scary as I'd expected and I had an amazing time. I got to live in two amazing cities, made friends from all over the world and improved my language at the same time! I would definitely recommend the year abroad experience.
