Accommodation
As LAEL2011 is a one-day conference and many people will not need accommodation, we have decided not to arrange accommodation for participants, but instead to give details allowing those who need accommodation to book it themselves, directly.
University Guestrooms
Lancaster University has a number of guest rooms available.
These will be 5-7 minutes' walk from the symposium site, and a couple of
minutes' walk from the shops and cafés. The standard of the rooms
varies from a traditional student study bedroom with shared toilet facilities
to rooms with en-suite showers, and the prices from £35.00
per night for single rooms. Twin rooms are also
available. Breakfast is not provided but can be purchased in cafes on
