Once you received your acceptance letter please register here! The deadline for registration and payment is 1st May 2013.
Lake district trip, 3rd July
You can book for the sociological expedition to the lake district on 3rd July when you register.
This year we will be exploring Windermere; England’s largest natural lake and all-round popular tourist destination, where we will enjoy a lake-side walk, followed by a pub-lunch, and a late-afternoon boat excursion on the lake itself. It promises to be a wonderful opportunity to get to know fellow conference participants better, and discover this beautiful area situated within Cumbria and the Lake District National Park.
For those who want to join us, the Sociological Expedition costs £25 and is available as an option on the Summer Conference Online Payments system. Please bring appropriate all-weather clothing, footwear suitable for walking in (such as hiking boots), and a cagoule or weather-proof coat.

Accommodation
Please note, the registration fee does not cover your accommodation - it is your responsibility to organise somewhere to stay. Many visitors come to our lovely city during the summer, so it’s a good plan to book as soon as possible!
Unfortunately all the on-campus accommodation has been fully booked during the conference. We recommend you to visit our accommodation section to check out accommodation available in town.
