Registration for TBLT 2009 includes:

Conference programme packet

Admission to conference sessions and exhibits

Opening reception on Sunday 13th September

Accommodation

Accommodation has been reserved at special conference rates. For details of rooms and rates, follow the Accommodation link.

Lunch

11.50 per day. Tickets need to be purchased in advance by August 1st, 2009. NB: Dining facilities close to the conference venue are limited. Sandwiches and light refreshments can also be purchased from the campus shop (approximately 10 minutes walk from conference venue).

Social Events

Monday evening, Sep 14th: Buffet dinner, featuring regional foods (£18.50)
Tuesday evening, Sep 15th: Conference dinner and entertainment (£18.50)

Tickets need to be purchased in advance by August 1st, 2009.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund of the conference fee (accommodation, registration, event tickets, and lunch), cancellations must be submitted via email to Elaine Heron at e.heron@lancaster.ac.uk by August 15, 2009. A £10 processing fee will be charged. There are no refunds for cancellation after August 15, 2009.
