The "dishonest" Cartelist: the role of dishonesty within the Cartel Offence (Law School)

Angus MacCulloch from Manchester University has recently been working on research into the privilege against self-incrimination in the context of competition investigations examining the historical and theoretical basis of the privilege, and the extension of the privilege into administrative investigations. He is currently working on the implications of the Cartel Offence within the UK competition regime. The seminar will take place in B65 County South.
