Departmental Seminar by Professor Christian Smith on Christian evangelicals in the U.S.

Professor Christian Smith, University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill)

will be coming to the department to deliver a special lecture on Christian evangelicals in the U.S.Monday June 19th from 4:30-6:00pm

IAS Meeting Room 2All Welcome!Professor Smith is a sociologist of religion whose most recent project is the National Survey on Youth and Religion (U.S.). He has written on a wide range of topics from religion in social activist movements, to liberation theology, and secularization.
