Regulating intimacy: Do we need a new family law? Law School Seminar

Alison Diduckhas published on the legal treatment of motherhood, families and children, on legal regulation of family property issues, on feminist approaches to understanding legal personality and legal obligation and on socio-legal and historical perspectives on family and gender issues. Her work appears in publications such as the Modern Law Review, Journal of Law and Society, the University of British Columbia Law Review, Social and Legal Studies, the Canadian Journal of Law and Society, Feminist Legal Studies, Recht en Kritiek and the Manitoba Law Journal as well as in a number of edited collections. She is the author of Law's Families (Butterworths Law in Context 2003) and is co-author, with Felicty Kaganas, of Family Law, Gender and the State (Hart 1999).
