The practice of extraordinary rendition of individuals in the 'war on terror' raises many different questions for law and politics. In this discussion we want to consider issues regarding the breach of neutrality of states (in particular Ireland), and also the questions of states' complicity in human rights violations as some of the results of extraordinary renditions.
