Title:Graduate training and over-education in Europe'
Location: IAS MR1
Abstract:
In this seminar I would present the main results of an European research project called CHEERS (Careers after Higher Education: an European Research Study). The aim of this project was to analyze employment and work of graduates from institutions of higher education in Europe during the first few years after graduation. My presentation would focus on two aspects of the project: (i) on-the-job training; and (ii) mismatch between graduates' qualifications and the level of the jobs held.
