Sociology Department SeminarDate: 30 October 2007 Time: 16.15-18.00 Venue: Institute for Advanced Studies Meeting Room 1 'iPod, I am' Is the iPod an iconic device that allows its users to express their identity in new ways? Or is it just a brand that signifies new ways in which the user is entrapped in the regime of late capitalism?
