US Army Muslim Chaplain James YeeDate: 28 November 2007 Time: 4.30-6.00 pm Captain James 'Yusuf' Yee reflects on his service as a US Army Muslim Chaplain serving at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and his subsequent wrongful arrest on charges of spying and aiding the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. Chaplain Yee's experience raises troubling questions about patriotism, citizenship, and safe living in the post-9/11 US. A book signing follows Chaplin Yee's talk. Books can be purchased at Waterstone's bookshop before the event or at the Waterstone's booth in George Fox before and after the event.
