Department of History Open Day
Date: 18 February 2009 Time: 2.00-4.30 pm
The Department of History will hold its third Open Day on Wednesday 18 February 2009.
The Open Day is intended for applicants to whom we have already made an offer. Open Days organised by the Department of History are done so very differently to the University Visit Days, especially insofar as they offer an opportunity to meet our students, so that we strongly encourage successful applicants to attend them, even if they have already attended a University Visit Day.
During the Open Day, applicants and accompanying parents or guardians, can talk to Admissions and subject tutors, learn about courses, join a conducted tour of the campus, and find out about the first-rate facilities at Lancaster.
The Open Day will run from about 2.00 pm until 4.30 pm, with registration starting at 1.30pm.
