Teaching and Learning Cultures Reading Group

Date: 12 March 2009 Time: 12.30 - 2.00 p.m.

The second meeting of the Teaching and Learning Cultures Reading Group this term will be on Thursday 12th March from 12.30 to 2.00 p.m. This meeting will be held in Meeting Room 2 in IAS (The Institute for Advanced Study).

We will be discussing:

Archer, L et al (2007) Class, gender, (hetero)sexuality and schooling: paradoxes within working class girls' engagement with schooling and post-16 aspirations. British Journal of Sociology of Education 28(2): 165-180.
