DELC Guest Lecture: Dubbing and translation in the learning of a language

"Dubbing and translation in the learning of a language"

Lecture in Italian.

Dr Ardolino worked as an adaptor of dialogues for dubbing and was also a translator of film scripts for almost ten years. From a few examples of his own mistakes in adaptation and translation, plus some adequate solutions, he would like to show the limits that a translator must respect and the freedom to which he is entitled.
