Conference for Teachers of A Level English Language

Date: 26 June 2009 Time: 09.00 - 17.30

Venue: Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS)

We are delighted to announce that the next biennial conference for teachers of A Level English Language will take place on Friday 26th June 2009.

The theme of this year's conference is: Analysing the English language in real life.

In a series of lectures and workshops, we will discuss how an analysis of English can be carried out inreal life settings. The day is not narrowly restricted to any one A Level syllabus, but should provide useful material on cutting edge research which can be incorporated into A Level English Language teaching across the board.

For full details and conference programme please see the conference website.
