CeDR/D.Vercity Seminar: Ruth Gould 'Nothing About Us, Without Us' an exploration into disability cultural history and the need to create control-led arts organisations'Date: 24 August 2009 Time: 16.30-18.00 pm Venue: Conference Centre Meeting Room 2 As part of the D.Vercity International Disability Arts and Culture Festival CeDR is hosting a workshop for Disabled People's Organisations 'Disability arts as the cultural arm of the movement'run by Stephen Lee Hodgkins, Director of Disability Lib (more information from judithstephenson@fsmail.net). This will be followed by an open seminar by Ruth Gould Creative Director of the North West Disability Arts Forum (NWDAF).Ruth will talk about NWDAF and about the Disability arts sector's current position.
