Professor Gennady will be talking about the Russian legal system and courts' system in general, about recent legislative changes, public opinion about law in Russia and about the reintroduction of the jury to Russia. > Professor Gennady Esakov, (Professor of Criminal Law), Moscow State Law Academy . Professor Esakov's principal spheres of interest are in the history and theory of criminal law, in foreign and comparative law, and international criminal law. He lectures on the Foreign Criminal Law course in Moscow State Law Academy. He is the author of more than 90 works in Russian and foreign law journals.
