Writing External Funding Applications seminar series, 'Designing a project and writing a case for support' (seminar 1)

Date: 17 November 2010 Time: 2.30 - 3.30pm

Venue: Meeting room 3, IAS Building

The first part of this seminar will raise awareness of issues to be considered at the initial stages of proposal planning, e.g. intellectual rationale, collaborations, non-academic impact, peer review, costs, activities, meeting assessment criteria.

The second part of the seminar will cover general guidance and tips on what makes a strong case for support with examples of successful applications.
