Reform and the future of the European Convention on Human Rights

David Milner is Secretary of the Committee of Experts on the Reform of the European Court of Human Rights. He has degrees in degrees in economics, international relations and law. He is a barrister and has been a staff member of the Council of Europe since 2002. Since 2007 he has been involved in inter-governmental work on reform of the European Convention on Human Rights system.

Everyone is very welcome.
