Research interests: literature and theology; postmodern fiction, theory and spirituality; Douglas Coupland;nineteenth-century religious writing, particularly with reference to Evangelicalism; John Ruskin.
Current projects:my monongraph on contemporary fiction and Christianity will be published by Continuum in January 2008; Douglas Coupland, the first study of the Canadian novelist, is out nowwith Manchester University Press.
