Lancaster Constitutional Lawyer Interviewed about Hung ParliamentDate: 10 May 2010 Dr Fergal Davis, a lecturer on Constitutional Law at Lancaster University Law School, has been interviewed by the BBC World Service and BBC Radio Cumbria about the legal consequences of a hung parliament in the UK.
