Smart Cities of the future - Drew HemmentDate: 19 November 2010 Dr Drew Hemment, Associate Director of ImaginationLancaster at LICA and founder of FutureEverything, has written an article in The Guardian about Smart Cities of the future. He says universities and software developers designing solutions with local communities are the key to the evolution of Smart Cities. He is also quoted in the introduction to The Guardian's supplement on Smart Cities , following a roundtable debate with several CEOs from Councils around the country. Drew isalso amember of the Centre for Mobilities Research at Lancaster University.
