Lancaster Law School Ph.D student, Sanaa Alsarghali, wins prize at the Annual Methods Fair

Congratulations to Sanaa Alsarghali (Law, Lancaster University) for winning third prize for her poster 'Towards a search for a viable Constitutional Framework for the future Palestinian state', at The University of Manchester's annual Methods Fair on 10 October, 2012. The Fair takes place at the start of the academic year in association with methods@manchester and the Universities of Liverpool and Lancaster.It was attended by over 200 participants, exhibitors and speakers. There was a lively mix of PhD presentations, workshops and posters exploring research methods across disciplines. The keynote speakers were Graham Whitham from Save the Children and James Nazroo, Professor of Medical Sociology. Workshops included topics such as Narrative Analysis and Social Network Analysis and an introduction to Ketso - a hands-on kit for creative group-work. The event also provided a friendly opportunity to meet colleagues and network.There were three prizes for the best poster as voted for by everyone attending the Fair. Poster prizes were awarded by Prof. Martin Everett, Co-Director of methods@manchester. Second prize went to Jong-min Jeong (University of Manchester) and first prize to Linda Nasr (Manchester Business School).
