Dr Basil Germond spoke to the European Parliament Sub-Committee on Security and Defence

Date: 27 November 2012

Dr Basil Germond has been invited as an expert in maritime security and naval affairs to speak to the European Parliament, Sub-Committee on Security and Defence, in Brussels on the 27th of November 2012. Dr Germond was consulted on the rationale behind a potential EU Maritime Security Strategy.
