The silent and the strange

Paula Burkinshaw's PhD research was reported in the Times Higher Education on 20th December 2012. The report drew on aspects of Paula's paper entitled 'The silent and the strange: exploring the under-representation of women at Vice Chancellor level in the UK' that she presented at the Society for Research into Higher Education (SRHE) Conference in December.
