Japanese translation of influential 'Social Work with Disabled People'
Date: 10 March 2008 Naoko Kawaguchi, who recently visited the Department of Applied Social Science and the Centre for Disability Research (CeDR) is producing a japanese translation of Social Work with Disabled People co-authored by Bob Sapey. Social Work with Disabled People was originally published by Professor Mike Oliver in 1993. Now in its third addition and co-authored by Bob Sapey the book has been highly influential in Disability Studies and social work education and practice.
