Studentships awarded to History Students

The Department is extremely pleased to announce that Emily Mead and Tereza Valny have each been awarded a Lancaster University Postgraduate Research Studentship, Nicola Bishop a FASS Postgraduate Research Studentship, James Bowen and Alex Wilkinson a Lancaster Pamphlets Fund Postgraduate Research Studentship, and that the first Graduate Teaching Assistantship has gone to Oliver Wilkinson. Jinny Gunston has been awarded a Lancaster Pamphlets Fund-Iredell Bequest MA Studentship. We look forward to the progress of their research and its contribution to the growth of Department's reputation as a centre of excellence in historical research.
