Lancaster Lawyer Comments on Crown Powers in the Event of a Hung Parliament

Dr Fergal Davis, a lecturer on Constitutional Law at Lancaster University Law School, has had an article published on the constitutional role of the Crown in the event of a hung parliament. The potential for the monarch to become embroiled in political controversy is examined by Dr Davis with reference to the experience of a number of other jurisdictions.
