Alumnus SuccessDate: 25 May 2012 Andrew McMillan (graduate in English and Creative Writing, BA) reports that 'Since graduating in 2010, I have been working as a freelance poet and writer, doing various commissions and residencies. I've been poet-in-residence for Basingstoke, poet-in-residence for the LGBT community of Bournemouth, done some guest lecturing for Sheffield Uni and collaborated with photographers, artists, composers and even soil erosion experts. My commission for the 2012 Yorkshire Cultural Olympiad was featured on Radio 4's Today Programme and my second pamphlet was published in October 2011 (http://www.redsquirrelpress.com/index.php?moon) I'm still working on Cake magazine, that Martha Sprackland and I set up during our undergraduate days. Do send us some poems or flash fiction!'
