Mobilities and Futures - John Urry delivers lecture series

Professor John Urry (Sociology) was in Girona giving a lecture series on Mobilities and Futures, as well as participating in related debates and media discussions. These occurred during July 2012 when John was the holder of the Ferrater Mora Chair at the University of Girona. Previous occupants of this Chair that has been in operation for around 20 years have included Paul Ricoeur, Ilya Prigogine, Noam Chomsky, Richard Rorty and Joseph Stiglitz.
