Welcome to Lancaster University Law School

Lancaster University's Law School is ranked 11th in the UK in the Guardian newspapers University Guide 2012, and we remain the highest ranked Law School in the North West. We have an outstanding reputation for our research, which ranges from critical, socio-legal and interdisciplinary research to traditional "black letter" law. In the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise 90% of the Law School's research was rated of international standing.
